01: 'Vision to fruition' session valued at $250

Our owner Ruben Nijenhuis will visit you personally to discuss your vision and ideals for your project. Ruben will take you through our approach and discuss how we can create the dream home that you deserve.

You will receive an inspiration pack with FAQ, guidance, checklists and information relevant to your build that will help you navigate the process.

02: Clear and Concise Costing

After reviewing the final plans and gaining a good understanding of the project from yourself and your Architect, we will work with our Quantity Surveyor to establish a detailed cost proposal. We will ensure that all planned areas of the build are considered and costed. This provides you with the most professional and accurate costing for your job in the market.

03: Peace of Mind and Assurity with Customised Contracts

We will provide you with a customised contract via New Zealand Certified Builders Association which will be tailored to your project and cost structure. This will give you clarity and assurance of our deliverables to you throughout the build and beyond.

04: Transparent Cost Tracking

We guarantee to ensure complete cost transparency throughout the entire building process. Any variations will be clearly communicated and approved by you before any associated work begins.
