We started 9 House because we care about quality. We have a passion for beautifully crafted homes and a mission to bring our elevated touch to the Auckland market.
Whether it be the structural soundness of the walls or the flawless workmanship in a complex staircase, each stage is approached with the same dedication and care.
01: Initial Meeting
Once you get in touch with us, we will arrange an initial meeting to discuss your project, design plan (if you have one already), land and budget.
02: Design and Collaboration
If your design is complete with plans, we can meet with your Architect to discuss your requirements and understand exactly what you are looking to achieve.
If your design is still underway, or just beginning, we can collaborate with the Architect or designer, providing hands on guidance and solutions throughout the design phase.

03: Establish Cost Proposal
After reviewing the final plans and gaining a good understanding of the project from yourself and your Architect, we will work with our Quantity Surveyor to establish a detailed cost proposal.
04: Building Consent
Once the cost proposal is accepted, we will create a building contract. During this time when we are waiting on consent, we will set up the job in our system and prepare a detailed timeline for your build.
05: The Build
Upon approval of the building consent, the timeline will be shared with you and the build will begin.
We will be sure to hold regular progress meetings with you and your Architect to ensure everything runs efficiently and smoothly throughout your building journey.
06: Project Handover
Upon completion of the build we will organise a walk-through to ensure you are fully satisfied with the result. We will handle getting your code of compliance and provide you with a welcome package that includes all necessary information to enjoy and maintain your home!
