Our team worked on this large scale project over a period of 12 months. Located on a private 1 acre section on Gillies Ave, this heritage listed 1910 villa demanded the ultimate level of craftsmanship. This extensive project included the restoration of the main living areas, entrance, six bedrooms, bathrooms, as well as meticulous rot repair and overall structural restoration.
